Based in Czech Republic, artist and designer Pavel Novák has a great series of low-poly (low number of polygons) renderings that encapsulate entire scenes in neat little squares.  They are lovingly rendered, and include scenes of campsites, beach loungers, a moon landing, Wild West town, and more. Like entire worlds from a video game, it’s really fun to see these on their own. Via Behance:
