Motion graphics can tell a big story, when done well. This series by Rafael Varona of the Netherlands is beautifully executed, giving a poignant and insightful look into the way women face a struggle when it comes to pay equity, career choices, and motivation in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math jobs. The series was commissioned by Total Jobs, a UK based job placement company. Using a great color palette and smooth, artful motion, Varona succeeds in painting an elegant and thought-provoking set of illustrations. Via Behance:
