When we first saw a Bunkie cabin ten years ago, we loved the simplicity and fun outlined shape.
Ten years on, Bunkie has expanded their offerings dramatically, with a range of tiny house shapes and simple plug-and-play cabins that need no permits.
We’re still enamored with the Premier, one of their larger designs that feature a faux-chimney design.
It has clean lines, a wide open floor plan, and gives owners the chance to customize to their heart’s content.
With exterior dimensions of 12′-6″W x 8′-6″D x 11′-6″H, the Bunkie remains quite small and portable, while allowing for ample space for a weekend out in the woods.
Starting at $54,900 USD, the Premier is premium, but comes with unique space-saving designs like a Murphy bed, built in shelving, and more. Made in Canada of precision engineered materials, we can imagine a whole tiny village of these modern cabins.

Where is the restroom?
Toilet and shower…for basic hygiene?
It’s true these come pretty basic, and are meant as auxiliary dwelling units. Though their website describes they can be easily customized.
No plumbing or electric… 🤔
