Stockholm, Sweden may not have the world’s largest subway system, but what it lacks in size, it more than makes up for in originality and artistic persuasion. The system’s 100 stops cover a fairly large area, and nearly every station is adorned with art and painting to adorn their cavernous systems stations. The travel site Hand Luggage Only has a walkthrough of some of the best of these, including Stadion Station, Solna Centrum, Kungsträdgården Station, Tensta, and more. We’re impressed by how vast these spaces are, and how the bold paint and murals reveal a more expressive side to Sweden than perhaps we’re used to. Another reason to make a trek to this Scandinavian beauty of a city. Via Apartment Therapy:
