It’s one thing to be able to be able to draw a human face, and make it recognizable. It’s another to have such a skill that people have to do a double take to make sure they’re not looking at a photo. This skill is usually learned over many years of practice, and even still, it’s rare. Russian artist Alena Litvin has those skills, and it shows in her portraits of famous celebrities and others, who feel like they’re looking right back at you. Her use of colored pencils shows an impressive level of talent, capturing skin tones, hair, and even facial pores. Impressive skill, via InspirationGrid:
