Gravity: Sand Creatures

This striking series by Claire Droppert shows abstract sand creatures in mid-flight, momentarily appearing, before gravity takes over and brings them back to the ground. She expresses her interest in the way the forms can be interpreted as lifeforms, if only for a moment. Via Behance:
