Robert Romanowicz‘s work goes to show you that googly eyes, along with some simple scribbles, can add up to a really fun series of characters. Using old, random, and antique household items, Romanowicz has created a whole cadre of hilarious creatures. The expressions, the emotions, the drama of the characters belie the simplicity of these little pieces.

A pile of laundry becomes a snarling foe. An old paintbrush becomes a confused old man. A shoe brush becomes a hilarious creature on it’s back.  Nobody would call this fine art, but we sure find it fun. Via Behance:
