We’ve already built our gingerbread house for the season. Have you? Ours was a bit lopsided, a tad droopy, and certainly isn’t going to win any architecture competitions.

Nevertheless, the tradition of making gingerbread, and gluing it together with sugary frosting is too fun to pass up.

This year, we explored (with the help of Midjourney), a gingerbread version of famous landmarks from around the world the world.
